Inspire. Innovate. Impact.

View life’s limitations as an opponent in the area of life, not a dictator. Choose to be refined by pain, not defined by it.

After facing a life-threatening battle with autoimmune encephalitis, where her immune system attacked her brain, leaving her in a semi-coma state and hospitalised for six months, Diane Adebayo refused to be defined by adversity. At just 15 years old, Diane couldn't walk, talk, eat, or see—yet, looking at her today, you would never know it. This unimaginable experience ignited her passion for resilience, and now, Diane is not only breaking down barriers in her own life but inspiring others to do the same. From not being able to speak to sharing her story on global platforms, from being unable to walk to leading change, and from losing her sight to empowering others to see beyond their present limitations, Diane's journey is a testament to the power of perserverence.

Her ability to connect with the audience by sharing her personal story of overcoming adversity and prioritizing well-being was deeply moving and impactful. Through her thoughtful insights and the "Four Ps of Championship Framework," Diane equipped our GLOW Network users with practical tools to navigate their own challenges while emphasizing the importance of self-care. Her presence as a 2024 GLOW Alumna exemplified the strength, resilience, and leadership we strive to cultivate in our community.
